    https://ko-fi.com/shiraeishiii    Local clients (Philippines) are suggested to pay via GCash for easier transactions! I am currently unable to accept direct payments to Paypal for international clients.
    =(    payment will either be the full price beforehand or 50% of the total price followed by the latter half after the commission.i will not start on the commission until half of the payment has been paid.Local clients (Philippines) will have a discount due to conversion rates.

    Terms

    – Photo references are a must. If possible, provide your most detailed character sheet and photos! It's a little hard to work on things I'm unsure about.    – Communication should always be open. Please check your email or your messages for further notice! Questions and inquiries are very much welcome!– Please provide the usage of the commissioned piece whether it's for commercial or personal purposes!– The commission time will depend on the following: (a.) the complexity of the order, (b.) health and personal problems, or (c.) the refusal of the client to pay the final payment.– Please make me aware if the piece will be used for commercial purposes! It will include additional fees.– If you'd like to keep your commission private, please let me know beforehand. It will have an additional fee as I will be unable to use it for my portfolio. Thank you for understanding!
